One of my favourite things to have for Brunch, a homemade Mcmuffin which is just as good as the one’s from McDonald’s and possibly healthier.
Very simple as all it requires are Eggs, Bacon Medallions (without the extra fat), Muffins (I use Warburtons) and cheese slices.
Also to make the egg perfectly round I had to purchase one of those Stainless Steel Egg Rings Shaper when I fry the egg.
Sometimes if I feel extra healthy, I use Musclefood’s Turkey Bacon instead of the normal Bacon Medallions.
